50% DEPOSIT DUE UPON ORDER. UP TO $5K MAY BE PLACED ON A CREDIT CARD WITHOUT A 3.5% CONVIENCE
FEE. 5% ORDER CANCELLATION CHARGE. BUYER WILL PAY FAWCETT FOR WORK PERFORMED. BALANCE
DUE UPON DELIVERY.ACCEPTED 

Orders:

While we will make every effort to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product or service, to remove any materials listed on this Site and to change pricing, terms, specifications and warranties at any time without notice. Product prices offered on this site may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different geographic markets or distribution channels. The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. dollars, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. Oversized items may be subject to additional freight charges. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. Also, please note that some of the Products displayed on this site or in our catalog, including any sale or discontinued items, may or may not be available in our store and vice versa. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us immediately.

Non-Returnable Products:

Honda and Yamaha outboard motor parts are not returnable. Clearance, Special Order and Custom items are non-returnable. Any custom cut lengths of rope, wire, hose, etc. and rigging (splicing, etc.) fabricated to your specifications, custom-made products, sails, software, electronic charts, blister-packed products that have been opened, life rafts, flares, inflatable PFD's, and EPIRBS are not returnable. Books are not returnable. Items that we ship to you that are considered hazardous materials (HAZMAT's) are also non-returnable because it is illegal for you to ship them. If a non-returnable item is defective, we will gladly repair or replace the item. 

Refunds:

Orders for boats, motors and boat parts are non refundable.

Delivery:

We will tell you honestly what to expect, rather than disappoint you with broken promises and failed delivery. Given the nature of the Marine Industry, it is impossible to provide an exact date of delivery. We provide an estimated delivery date of your purchase of a boat, and or motor. We will provided an estimated completion date of services and repairs of performed on boats and motors.

Disclaimer:

Product descriptions, typographic, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for, incorrect photos or typographical errors.  We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason.

Colors:

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on our Site. However, because the colors you see will depend, in large part, on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
